This week's podcast is super interesting because I had the pleasure of meeting with a very talented therapist who specializes in hypnotherapy and many other healing modalities. His name is Erick French, MSW, LCSW of One Awareness Counseling and Therapy. However, what I found so fascinating about Erick was how he incorporates the mind-body connection as well as spirituality into his healing sessions!

I am so pleased to be sending out this new podcast featuring Jamuna Rosner (@jamunarosner)! I had a very insightful conversation with Jamuna where we talked about what led her to become a trauma-informed coach and eventually create her program, Transcend. Jamuna started her work over ten years ago by supporting women dealing with addiction and codependency and has since grown into coaching other coaches, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders through their own traumas to create massive breakthroughs.

One of my favorite parts of the conversation was breaking down what exactly trauma is and how we all can take steps to help release it. We talked about inner-child work and how everyone could benefit from a closer look into their past.
