This discussion quotes from, and interacts with, a channeling episode between Lyssa Royal and 'Harone', an extraterrestrial being from Zeta Retculi who speaks for his 'mass mind' on the various activities and interactions involved in the 'abduction' and 'hybrid processing' situations between Zetas and humans.   It is drawn from the book Visitors From Within by Lyssa Royal and Keith Priest (2002), and it can function as a kind of prequel to the interactions described more recently in the book Meet The Hybrids.

Carrying from meeting up with aliens It feels appropriate to contact ufo researchers. John Mack was always the one who intrigued me the most and when he passed suddenly, seemingly in career mid-flight, I wanted to help if I could.  I did not know, as I do now from Ralph Blumenthal's biography The Believer, of Mack's late-in-life interest in all things psychic and afterlife related.  Once comfortably together, I introduced him to the extraterrestrials at focus 35, watching our earth changes, going from the third to the fifth dimension, and found myself chatting to some of these visitors, including a representative of Galactic Central.

Yes, you can of course, have many meetings with many types of spirits when obe,... normal dead folk, lost souls wandering about, spirit guides and angels, favourite pets, the list goes on.  Aliens visiting our planet may not be high on your to-do list, but if it is, here's some background notes to fill in the gaps.  Part two to follow soon.
