About Will Long:
Will retired from the FBI after 25 years of service in June of 2014. He has extensive experience investigating complex criminal and security matters. During his career, Will specialized in the investigation of violent crimes, narcotics, and domestic terrorism/violent extremist groups.
He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal court, including death penalty litigation. Will developed specific expertise in the development human intelligence sources, with a focus on long term, undercover investigations to infiltrate criminal organizations and violent extremist movements.
At the time of retirement, Will was assigned to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force in the greater Spokane, Washington area. In addition to his duties as a Special Agent, Will served for over 22 years in the FBI Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) program as an operator, team leader, and trainer. He led, planned, and conducted hundreds of sensitive tactical and protective operations nationally and overseas. He is a seasoned firearms and tactical instructor, having taught thousands of students. He has led FBI SWAT and firearms training programs, and developed customized training courses for numerous law enforcement agencies. Will served two FBI deployments to Afghanistan in support of ongoing counter-terrorism operations.
In 2006, he was assigned as an embedded advisor to United States Special Operations Forces in Eastern Afghanistan. In 2011, he was assigned as an advisor to the Afghan National Police/National Directorate of Security Kidnapping Investigation Unit. Will's specialized training includes advanced interview and interrogation techniques, advanced firearms skills, personnel recovery, kidnapping countermeasures, safe travel, survival/escape/evasion, and protective advances, details, and operations.

About Rod Gates:
After high school I went into operating heavy equipment building highways. Did that for a few years and then decided to pursue and career in Law Enforcement.
Spent approximately 8 years with the Sheridan Wyoming Police Department. While There served in various capacities including Patrol, DARE, Detectives and SWAT.
I then moved to Idaho and spent approximately 3 years with the Cassia County Sheriff's office. There I worked as an Investigator doing general investigations and then was assigned to a drug investigation team.
Moved back to Wyoming and worked for the Sheridan County Sheriff's office where I served as a patrol Deputy for about 2 years.
I left Law enforcement and went into the Oil and Gas industry for approximately 9 years. Where I worked in Wyoming, Louisiana, Texas and Montana.
For the last 2 years I have been the franchise owner of The Gun Cleaners of Spring, Texas. I am now also a co-owner of The Gun Cleaners LLC.
