Peter and John speak to the leaders of the day with boldness in Acts 4. If we want to be bold we need to walk closely with Jesus.

Every good story has a meaning. As we continue in the book of Acts, the story we encounter has an unexpected meaning.

As the book of Acts continues we see the development of the early Church and it begs the question. How can we be more like the early Church?

The Holy Spirit is the third and often unfamiliar person of the trinity. Pentecost shows us the ministry of the Holy Spirit and how Jesus is glorified.

We see the disciples in Jerusalem reflecting, looking ahead, and waiting. In our lives this period can be scary but we need to lean into the person of God.

Jesus' last words give us purpose in our lives today. So lets go do what Jesus commands us to do when we follow Him.

We all want to leave a legacy and maybe we haven't done that so far in our lives. As we look forward to 2020 we need to focus on what it means to leave a Godly legacy.

God's sovereignty gives us peace today even when it doesn't make sense to us.

When we live in light of God's sovereignty it says things about our lives through our sins, sacrifices, and salvation.
