We were created for affection, created to receive from and worship our Heavenly Father and to give and receive to others in our community. Satan and sin hinder our affection, but how do we move forward into what God has for us? The future of our church will depend on where our affection primarily and consistently lies. Will we love one another as Jesus has loved us?

What if true comfort was just as much about giving as it was receiving? What if we have settled for lesser comforts all along while the true comfort waits for us, ready and able to help us in every season?
