Last Time:
Convoluted, elaborate, and confusing. These are the words Cat used to describe the plan Angelica outlined to her. But, with no other options that they are willing to consider, the two are agreed: They will use Agnatha to lure the King out of Fell Hemir and have the Bandits take the city while she is gone. Through a happy convenience, the information broker Helga provided the messenger they needed to set things in motion. Now all that is left, is to act.
Yarl Sven outlined his vision of a new Democratic order though, to Cat and Angelica, the undertones of Tyranny are all too obvious. Afterwards, it was time to face the Prophet and fellow Havenite, Agnatha. Though she remained distrustful, she told them of her past, her child, and a secret that could change everything they believe about their erstwhile home. Cat and Angelica are agreed, they won’t kill to get their way, but now that leaves them in need of a plan.
I want you to kill the king. Yarl Sven’s words ring all too familiar to Cat and Angelica who have grown weary of the sword point diplomacy of the Kingdom. In exchange, he offers protection for the people of Haven though under the stewardship of his new “democracy” he wishes to install. Help us avert the return of Capitalism as we explore the mysteries of the worlds below.
Years after her original vow to avenge her mother’s death, Angelica plants a toxic seed in the ventilation system of the Admiral’s quarters, sealing the man’s fate for good. Meanwhile, Cat struggles with her roll in the design of the murder weapon and the perceived perversion of the science she has only ever used to protect. Admiral James Alazan is Dead. Or will be soon. Join us in the aftermath as we explore the mysteries of the Worlds Below.
