Anthony Fletcher, by his own admission, wasn't a very good player. He didn't make the varsity at Mesquite Poteet high school and was a backup at Angelo State. So, Fletcher has found his calling as a coach. He just earned his 300th career victory in his 14th season at Mesquite's Eastfield College, which competes in the NJCAA.
