Ready to Exhale: Stories of Perseverance for Mental Health

Anthony Myint - Zero Foodprint

Listen Later

A San Francisco nonprofit organization is helping to turn farmland from a climate problem to a climate solution—one meal at at time.

Carbon farming (also called regenerative farming) restores soil biology, which naturally pulls tons of carbon (literally) out of the atmosphere, brings soil back to life, and replenishes nutrients making it a proven, impactful initiative towards solving global warming.

Zero Foodprint restaurants and other food businesses add a few cents per meal to help farmers implement carbon farming projects through grants from their Restore programs.

In their words... 'Let's eat our way out of the climate crisis.
