Did an angry, homeless loner shoot multiple people, killing one, over the years in the hills of Malibu?  Malibu is known as one of the most beautiful, exclusive, and celebrated areas of Los Angeles County.  But on June 22, 2018, a terrible tragedy and crime occurred, when Tristan Beaudette, camping with his two toddler daughters in the campground at Malibu Creek State Park, was shot in the head while he slept in his tent.  In the aftermath of this crime, new facts came to light that this was far from an isolated incident, but instead one in a series of violent shootings in that same area of Malibu.  A suspect was arrested, and his name is Anthony Rauda.

On today's episode Juras and Glenn review the history of this case and what the evidence is that investigators say ties Rauda to this case.  In particular, we look at the actions of law enforcement and what is alleged they knew ahead of Tristan's murder.  We then evaluate the case against Rauda and whether it is credible he did it, as well as his chances should this go to trial.
