This is probably my favorite episode to date so if you have to listen to any of them I highly suggest it be this one. There are so many layers to this episode that it's honestly so overwhelming but in the most intriguing way possible?? 

 I'm delivering this weekend...so entirely unanticipated and not something to view as anything other than a special occasion :-)

Hello. I am back from my depressive episode. Long time no see. 

Unfortunately, the abyss I fell into at the turn of the year was a much deeper one than I planned for. This episode was filmed approx a month ago, and yes it did take me this long to gain the serotonin levels necessary to finish editing it. Fortunately, LB and I do nothing but destroy any semblance of intelligence that anyone may have ever thought either of us had, so listen at your own accord. This is solely just reflecting on probably our worst moments or personal attributes so...have fun with that. 

I semi promise my depressive episode has subsided and I will be returning to my regular oversharing-online-for-no-good-reason podcaster self. 

I'm back, bet you thought I gave up on this :) Today I reflect with my former roommate, Regan, on some of our past experiences and speculate on how we may or may not have grown in these last years. This is very much a split between a How To Do Guide and How To Not Do [What We Did] Guide... So take the information at your own risk...And because we are so incredibly distractible and some may be questioning this: Regan's Myers Briggs is an ENFP-T. Enjoy :)

This week I forced Paige, my roommate, to let me waste a precious hour of her life in order to get content for this podcast. Today we talk about what it is like living in the age of comparison, how capitalism has impacted our views on romance, our belief that our anxious personalities make it nearly impossible to navigate through the current dating app era, and honestly a lot more unexpected things that we also did not expect to touch on.
