We may have a desire to accomplish much for the kingdom- but unless we discipline that desire- we will never get to a place of delight. God wants us to work diligently, live simply, and give generously. When we do this- we will have the power to do all God has in His heart for us as a family!

This Sunday we celebrated all that God did in Miami. We had 8 testimonies shared by those who were transformed by the mission trip. The Kingdom of God invaded our lives and hearts, our relationships, and cities and nations!

This week we talked about the Father's heart toward us as we enter into the battle. We have been given weapons of warfare- both defensive and offensive. We can't only be known by what we don't do as a church- but by what we do - taking land and setting others free! We are free not only for our benefit, but for others, as well as free to know Him more!

Half the battle is to get free, and the other half is to stay free. The way we stay free is not through our own strength- but through Jesus (Galatians 2:20)- the way we stay free is through obedience and through Gods's discipline. His discipline shows us that He loves us and teaches us to obey. When we obey we stay within His circle of blessing and are protected! Let's draw near God, because when we know Him we want to obey and have the power to do so!
