Part 1 of our new series "Miraculous" was titled "He Calms the Storms", based on Mark 4:35-41. The miracles of Jesus should speak loudly to us today because they glorify the Lord, they prove that He was God and the Messiah, they show His compassion for His people, and they are a sign of the redemption of the past and a foretaste of what is to come. Jesus is still doing miracles all around us. This week we looked at the text where Jesus miraculously calmed a storm that His disciples’ thought was going to destroy them. Jesus is with us in all the storms we encounter, and we make it through because He is with us and because of our destiny in Him.

The Bible calls us to be all-in for Christ and Kingdom, there is no other option. The question that we should all be asking is "what truly motivates me" in that calling. Only the overwhelming love of God and the "newness" we have in Him can lead us to lay it all down and become radical followers of Jesus. Pastor Rob Danz teaches on 2 Corinthians 5:14-17. 

Pastor Rob Danz preached a sermon titled "Along Came Poly" that walks through some of his recent struggles, and shares what we all can do when we go through very difficult seasons that don't seem to stop. A weak gospel and a bad theology of suffering will absolutely crush us in the storms of life, but if we can walk in the truth, we can overcome, not quit, and glorify Jesus in whatever comes our way.  

Jennifer Danz brought an encouraging word for Mother's Day on prayer. Snapshots of a Prayer Warrior walks through some great and applicable points to help us as parents and followers of Jesus to engage in prayer in powerful ways. 

Elder Rick Meeks brought a powerful word on Time and how crucial it is that we live out the great commission and share the Gospel now because time is short. 

Elder in Training Jonathan Workman shared a powerful word this week based out of John 15:1-17, titled Abide. Often times the promptings of the Holy Spirit in us are rooted in His desire to abide with us. He wants us to be close with Him.
