Do Kullad Chai

In this episode, I tell the story of my friend, who is a tea lover. He loves tea so much that he has a special ritual for making it. He always boils two kettles of water, and then he steeps the tea leaves in one kettle for two minutes, and then in the other kettle for one minute. He says that this makes the tea the perfect strength.

I also share some commentary on the importance of ritual in our lives. I believe that rituals can help us to slow down and appreciate the simple things in life. They can also help us to connect with our loved ones and with our own inner selves.
