Anxiety is a symptom. Most of it is like a fire alarm in our brain due to the unconscious beliefs we absorbed when we were kids. Many of us are not approaching the healing of our anxiety correctly. We are responding to the situations or feelings we have in the moment, but to the situations or programming in the past.
We are solving the wrong problem.
Instead of dealing with issue that are at the core of our anxiety, we are dealing with the symptoms. This is true for most any kind of anxiety, except that we feel in imminent danger.
