Anxiety is real and it can affect all of us.  There is clinically diagnosed anxiety and there is anxiety that we all can develop through daily life stressors.  We all need to take time to slow down and create space for ourselves in order to reset and reconnect.  When life get's busy we tend to forget that we need to be kind to ourselves first before we try to share that kindness to others.  In this episode I talk about the importance of taking a pause and allowing ourselves to fill our cup up with self love and care first before trying to share with the world.  Taking a pause with just 3 breaths even offer a huge difference and may be all that you need to find calm in your life.
