Ryan played a show in Ottawa Ontario. This happens to be the hometown of one of his favorite bands, Crusades. After the set, Dave Williams of said band sat in on an Anxious and Angry session until they were booted from the club. Hail.

Ryan convinced his old pal Zak Kaplan of Chunksaah Records, The Ratchets, Detournament and Smalltalk to sit in the van outside Asbury Lanes and shoot the shit for an hour.

Ryan rolled out to Eden Prairie Minnesota to talk to Dillinger Four drummer Lane Pederson. Lane holds a very special place in Ryan's heart, as he was in a band that had a huge influence as well as the doctor he turned to for help when all hell broke loose.

Ryan, Dan and Charlie were in Minneapolis working on the next flexi recording when the decision was made to record a conversation. The result with BLOW YOUR MIND!!!
