Dating was hard enough before the pandemic, then we couldn't date during it, and now we're all coming out of it changed people, wondering what we want. Casual or serious relationships, freaking out about dates, wondering who we are, it's all talked about on this week's episode.
In this episode I share stories of when I've felt outside of myself due to anxiety. I also share stories my friend's sent in. It's weird that when we feel anxious, dissociation is used as a defense mechanism. I don't like not feeling like myself, but in this episode we'll also talk about ways to help you when you dissociate.
