Seasonal depression can go F itself lol. It's a thing, but so is YEARLY depression. I had it for 1-2 years straight, but I've since been doing better. I'll tell you how I got better, and how I started manifesting a good, happy and successful life for myself. We are all deserving of good things.

After I graduated college, I lived at home for two years while all my friends moved out of our hometown. I struggled a lot, but finally found peace and grew so much as a person. I moved out in 2019, and now my lease is ending. Where do I live next??

It's weird that when we feel anxious, dissociation is used as a defense mechanism.
