People with this attachment style tend to overthink and overanalyze their relationships, feeling insecure and needy. They may also be hypersensitive to signs of rejection or distance from their partner. This attachment style typically develops in childhood due to inconsistent or unpredictable caregiving, leading to a lack of trust in close relationships. However, it can be changed through therapy and self-awareness.
