Jessica has been a therapist for over ten years and is the founder of The Relationship Institute of Palm Beach, a group practice offering couples therapy, family counseling and addiction therapy. Jessica’s unique approach to healing termed the Self-full Method, focuses on developing a meaningful connection with one’s self to identify our unique core patterns, so we can better understand how we relate in relationships.
In this conversation, we talk about the sensations we go through when letting go of anxious attachment, and the environment we need to create in order to release it. We also discuss the types of people the anxiously attached are attracted to, and how to be aware when anxious attachment is playing a role in our relationship.
