The beauty of this system is that it allows you to lay the foundation to scale your event in the future. If you train yourself to get all these things in place from the beginning, you can grow from a five person event to a 500 person event with total ease.

There’s two types of advice given to entrepreneurs: say yes to everything! The more you learn, the more you grow; people notice when you’re keen and willing to do whatever it takes. Conversely, you’re advised to be very selective in the projects you take on.

Today we’re talking about getting out of the trap of doing everything yourself. This is a very common scenario among entrepreneurs who’re trying to cut costs.

Forcing yourself to do things you don't like e.g. filing or bookkeeping has a negative impact on you and your business. Farming these tasks out doesn’t have to cost a lot—and it frees up time for you to expand your business.
