Abby is a second generation Latina Canadian whose parents immigrated from El Salvador in 1985, escaping a violent civil war happening at that time. Over the past 7+ years, she has diligently worked to overcome deep and painful trauma stemming from a childhood of violence, abuse and addiction. Through a rigorous journey of personal development, she has achieved a whatever it takes attitude and mindset that has led her to a path of wholistic healing and recovery. Abby celebrates being a wife, mother, entrepreneur and influencer. Successfully enjoying a career in nursing for 15 years and is now pursuing her passion of truly making an impact in her community and beyond. She shares her passion coaching and mentoring women, mothers and individuals who are ready for change and are willing to do the work to become the best version of themselves, creating a life of not just success, but significance.
