As part of the “Anything but Square” podcast, Fed Square & Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia present a new series, consisting of 5 episodes, providing impactful meditation session for the Melbourne community.
These days mindfulness is big business, but it is nothing new! Core to Buddhist practice, mindfulness is simply a part of the mind that enables us to hold onto things – to remember. When we can hold positive, peaceful thoughts - through mindfulness – we’re less stressed, more productive, happier people. In this session Gen Dornying will explain mindfulness without the mystery.
Each session will be focussed on an individual theme to improve mindfulness and promote inner peace. The series will be made in tandem with the Lunchtime Meditation livestream, hosted on the Fed Square website, every Tuesday.
