Ivar started in the Hospitality business in Las Vegas in 1997 at Eagle Canyon Airlines - as International Sales Manager.  He continued in as Int'l Sales Manager for Scenic Airlines from 1999-2004.

Ivar eventually joined the Aladdin Resort and Casino in 2004 which became the first Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino as Int'l Leisure Sales Manager for 5 years. He moved into International wholesale distribution in 2010 and have worked for 4 different companies in this capacity as Product Development Director on the West Coast.

In 2020, while working on a rotating furlough basis for MPNA with one month on and one month off, Ivar decided to get his NV Mortgage Loan Originator license and to join his friend and Broker at Diamond Home Loans.

In the early days, Facetime Coaching Company was Mandi's "side hustle" while she worked for hotels. Since 2010, her Coaching, Speaking, &  Writing have grown and become a very equal part of her world. 
 
In 2010, Mandi went to “the other side” of the hotel business and joined her long time hotel client, HPN Global, a full service meeting management company. Here she finds hotels and venues for her clients all over the world, negotiates pricing & contracts while consulting her clients in all aspects of managing their meetings, conferences and conventions.
 
Mandi runs both businesses in tandem with vigor, balance and excitement.

Joe has been involved in the hair and beauty industry since the age of 16. Inspired by his Great Aunt Matilda (Aunt Tillie) Walker, the first barber in the family, Joe grew up with fond memories of her cutting hair at her shop on the south side of Chicago.

As a former Team Barber for the Marquette University college basketball team, Joe’s client list is anything from average. During his career, Joe has cut the hair of Maurice Acker, Jerel Mcneal, Chicago Bulls Forward Jimmy Butler, Dallas Mavericks Guard Wesley Matthews, Brooklyn Nets Deron Williams and Jeremy Pargo. And his musical clientele is just as impressive with Rockie Fresh of MMG Record Label, Rotimi of FrontRoSeat, the hit Starz Series “BOSS” also featured in Keyshia Cole’s music video “Trust and Believe” and lastly, former WGCI’S Radio DJ and host, DJ A-OH and WGCI’s current Radio DJ, DJ Milehigh.

Born and raised in the city of Las Vegas, Santino Cardinale is a 22 year old singer, songwriter, and producer has created a deviceful and catchy R&B style, with elements of a pop influence. 

He currently has 11 singles out and released his first EP "W A V E" in July of 2020. 

He as a producer ( Stone Cold) has produced over 50 songs and counting.  He is continuing his pursuit of production and is looking to make much more music in the upcoming year.
