In the first episode of our new season we break down the reality of going to Disney with twin 2 year old girls. We share everything we loved and everything we wish could have worked out better. From the magical moments to the crazy tantrums (although there weren’t as many as you’d think!), we talk about it all. Even a very touching experience when one of our girls were having a meltdown moment and Rey came over to comfort her. If you’re thinking of taking your 2 year old to Disney… do it! Welcome to Episode 200!!! It’s been a long road and we can’t believe we made it this far but 200 episodes later, here we are. We talk about the past episodes and what is to come in the future. We talk about our favorite episodes and the ones that maybe could have been skipped! For our 199th episode we are Keeping the spookiness going as we talk about this years line up for Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. We talk all things from the scare zones around the park and the haunted houses to the pricing of tickets and upgrades. There are a few good things to look forward to at this years Halloween Horrir Night, like a Chucky Haunted house, and we break down it all. I’m this week’s episode, we talk about two of Alex’s favorite things in life, Britney Spears and Disney! Fresh off of seeing the Broadway play Once Upon A One More Time, we discuss our thoughts on the play and what it was like for our first time ever sitting front row on Broadway. We then talk about our upcoming Walt Disney World trip as we rank the 6 new Disney rides that we haven’t done yet and our excitement level of doing each of them. In this week’s episode, we summon the spirits of Halloween… Spirit Halloween that is! We took a ride to our local Spirit Halloween store and was excitedly surprised to find that they were already open for the season! We ran right in to check out all of the newest additions that Spirit Halloween has to offer for the 2023 Halloween Season, from their biggest and scariest animatronics to all of the Haunted Mansion merchandise Alex needs to buy, to the $10 mugs that fills up our cabinets. There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow! In this episode we break down our expectations of a trip to Disney we will be taking with our 2 year old twin girls. Everything from strollers to the Florida heat and how many melt downs there will be. Will they sleep at all the wrong times? Will they be good on the plane? Who knows! We sure don’t… but we take some guesses on what we think it will all be like. People might say we are crazy but we know this will be one of the best times of our lives (along with some of the most chaotic times!) and we really can’t wait! We also talk about the new addition to Disney World’s Haunted Mansion, The Hatbox Ghost, and how we feel about it materializing over in Florida.

In this edition of a very random episode we talk about our upcoming Disney trip, a carnival ride malfunction and Halloween officially being here. We give a listener update about a few of our loyal listeners and talk about a few shows we will be seeing next week. Greg gives us some riddles (which may take Alex some time to think about) and some “would you rather” scenarios. Give this one a listen and hear about how Greg always gets the weirdest injuries at the strangest times. It may just be because he is way too competitive but it’s worth it if he wins! Unless maybe if he drops his cellphone out of a go-kart mid race.

This week we defy death. Just kidding!… but we do talk about a few of the times we had some near death experiences (some a little too near). Everything from a Tommy Boy scene to almost getting hit by a car. We discuss what it was like to drive in a crazy ice storm on the Garden State Parkway with cars spinning out of control all around us. We also discover that maybe it’s best we don’t go to the first game at any new stadium/arena. One of us almost got hit in the face with a line drive and one actually did. This week we talk to our favorite fellow Disney fanatics and two of the coolest kids on the planet, our niece and nephew, Emily (12) and Benjamin (8)! We ask them life’s toughest questions and see what they think about some random topics. Some of their answers might surprise you! We had so much fun on this one (as you’ll hear from all of the laughs) and even find out what really makes someone old in their minds. This one will put a smile on your face for sure!

Happy 4th of July! This week we talk all about our 4th of Julys growing up and we realized that they don’t make childhoods like they used to. We also talk about our not so great (but also not so bad) 4th this year. From deciding to go to the most exhausting amusement park in 100 degree heat (no, not Disney) to having our key locked inside of our car. Regardless, 4th of July always has a special place in our hearts and we always look forward to it and what the rest of the summer will bring.
