AOS RantCast

STUPID INTERNET! Okay, got that out of the way. Despite some technical difficulties this AOS RantCast features TONS of Banter and List Science between me and Brendan, the Lord of Death. We go in depth on the Three Threats Theory, talk about the importance of practicing with a purpose, and psyche you up like in Rocky and tell you to play without fear and get confidence in your list.

EXCELLENT RantCast here. Davis Ford, the creator of AOS Reminders and a HOT NEW PROGRAM INCOMING (watch to find out, it has to do with deployment ;) ) joins me to discuss his contributions to the Sigmar community and the importance of parity in gaming.

Heywoah and the Dock King, Frank join me to do a year in a review for AOS 2019. We assess each Battletome from Gloomspite Gitz to Slaves to Darkness and everything between. That means you can bet on some deep dives on Ossiarch Bonereapers, Khorne, and Mawtribes given the guests. We also talk a bit about Warcry and Forbidden power while sharing anecdotes and highlights of a year in Age of Sigmar.

THE Lord of Death Brendan Melnick and "Wonder Boy" Isaiah join me to discuss one of my favorite topics; LIST SCIENCE! We give you tips and strategies for building your Age of Sigmar Army along with some specific examples of lists we made that run the gamut between Filth and Fun. There's also a fair few rabbit holes we dive down along the way. Join us in all our light hearted AOS Theorycrafting banter!

Everyone's hobby dad Vince Venturella joins me on a fully ramblematic episode of RantCast. We talk a lot of Warhammer and RPGs with a focus on the rules and importance of flavor and setting. Then we get into the quagmire that is the ASF/ASL order of operations along with general rules and design philosophies from a man who's done it.

On Episode 25 of AOS RantCast, "Just" Jeremy from the Everchosen Podcast out of Austin, Texas joins me to deliver his Hot Take about Slaves to Darkness's Dark Prophecy Ability. We reminisce about our legendary meeting at Adepticon 2019. Then Jeremy tells me what it takes to be a Texas Master in the Texas Tournament scene and talks about his journey with Seraphon, Legion of Blood, and Skaven. We finish the show with our reactions to the Big Winter FAQ 2019 and points adjustments.

Mr. Strength Hammer Chuck Moore (@strengthhammer_) joins me to go on a RantCast odyssey. We discuss a plethora of topics from old Warhammer lore to its progression into Age of Sigmar and keep an eye toward the notion of wellness and physical health. There may or may not be hot takes involving My Little Pony and Game of Thrones Season 8... you'll just have to watch to find out.

Hobby Hero Marrok Wolf joins me to talk about Beasts of Chaos, Werewolves, and sculpting Green Stuff. Then we get into the heavy stuff and talk about some of our personal struggle and how AOS and the hobby has been like therapy for us.

My friend and member of the prestigious League of Exemplary Andrews, Andrew Tolstedt (@andrewyells) joins me to talk about the Slaves to Darkness reveal ahead just before preorders go live. We also talk about the current trajectory of releases, reflect on Ossiarch Bonereapers and Cities of Sigmar a bit, and Andrew delivers some hobby insights. More importantly Andrew throws down the gauntlet and challenges future RantCast Guest and Everchosen Podcaster, Jeremy Cooper, to glorious AOS Battle.
