Join us for a review of the recent indie drama film, "Ghostlight." It's another great film for fans of Shakespeare, community theatre, and the healing power of storytelling. Which really covers most people, we hope!

Note: We have a new podcast studio, which is inside our car! We frequently take a 45 minute drive to see our families, and that is when we have the most time to sit down and talk about the movies we love. So if you hear any random extra sounds, that's why!
Curtains up on our next AP Approved movie: Theater Camp! Places please, for a ton of laughter, fun, and deep sincere love of theatre and especially theatre kids. Enjoy the show!

Grab your camping gear and your Oreos with peanut butter and settle in for this deep dive into Andi's very favorite movie, The Parent Trap (the 1998 version with Lindsey Lohan, of course)! Loads of laughter and British accents ahead!
This episode is a two-for-one special as we discuss both the classic 90s musical Rent AND the 2021 movie version of Tick, Tick...Boom!
We're back for the long-awaited (we assume) Season 2 of AP Approved! To start off with a splash, we are fired up to tell you all about the new Pixar movie that sprouted nothing but delight and left us walking on air: Elemental!

This summer we drove up to Michigan's Upper Peninsula for a camping trip with some friends, and since we had several hours of driving, we recorded a podcast to pass the time! The sound quality is a little worse than usual, but we had a good time, and we hope you will too. Topics discussed: One Night in Miami, A Star is Born, The Office, WandaVision, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Happy Trails!
Episode 8: Come along on a visit to the neighborhood of Washington Heights as we review the movie version of In the Heights, based on the award-winning musical by the brilliant Lin-Manuel Miranda. Someone give this man an Oscar!

Episode 7: On Oscars night, we would like to share one more Best Picture nomination we loved: The Trial of the Chicago 7. With an outstanding screenplay and superb ensemble cast, as well as a deeper look at a historical event that feels very relevant to current times, this movie is definitely one for the books!

Episode 6: Judas and the Black Messiah tells the story of the life and death of Fred Hampton, a Black Panther and freedom fighter. We recorded this back before the Golden Globes, so we didn't know the outcome at the time. We think it's an important movie for everyone to see, and it certainly deserves all the acclaim it can get!
