Apartment 308

Hello people and welcome to a special episode of "It's Been A While" with our boy Blake coming back in for his 1-1 interview.  Today's episode is all about his business: Tea Leo.  This is an online shop where you can find a variety of tea all from the beautiful island country of Sri Lanka.  We have mentioned this company many times in the channel and now it's time to finally get to know more about he started this online business.  We dive deep on what inspired him to pursue this, how many people supported and helped him out, and what kind of dealings he had to make Tea Leo a successful business.  Here in Apartment 308 we support any small businesses and small creators to do something fun and amazing with their ideas.

Yooooooo!  How's it going everyone?  Welcome back to "Let's Hangout" where today I am joined by new friends that I made in another server.  Meet Emma, Jer, Joshy, and Boku/Fern.  I met these guys in a community server on Discord and I decided to invite them over to the apartment.  Today we will be discussing how online friends can be good friends.  All of us here got to know each other better through an online environment, so we decided to make an episode about it.  Tune in to hear how we all met and why it feels amazing to meet new people through the internet.  (Not sponsored by Discord) #discord #onlinecommunity #onlinefriends

We mention the person who run that server so here is a special shout out to Kristine:

Hey everybody, on this new episode of  "This or That," Blake and I wanted to tackle on this certain trend we've been noticing.  There is this constant struggle between content creators and their audience on what they want to see/make.  It's always an argument about how one should go about creating things.  We take a look on how audience feedback (aka the comments) affects the creator in a positive way and in a negative way.  Of course feedback is welcomed, but there it's getting to a certain point where the audience takes over the entire show.  This doesn't go for content creators too, same can be said about film directors, business people, and especially game producers.  Listen in on what we have to say.

WELCOME TO A VERY SPECIAL (and also very late) EPISODE!  It's been over 1 year since the beginning of the podcast channel.  Originally launched on October 16th, this channel has gotten better and better as I continue to make more of these episodes.  Today's episode is with Ryan and Aya who have supported me since the beginning of the channel.  All three of us have gathered to take some time and reflect on how we got to his point.  How did everyone feel when I said I'm making a podcast?  What were some of our favorite moments in 308?  What will be next in terms of the channel and myself as a person.  Join us for the ride as we talk about how we feel about being on these podcasts! #happybirthday #1yearanniversary #apartment308

Hi everyone, it's time for a new episode staring our boy Grant.  If you guys remember "Let's Hangout" Ep. 11: The Graduation episode, we talked about how Grant is now enrolled in grad school, specifically in law.  Our friend here is studying hard to become a lawyer so I will be interviewing him on what that journey is like.  I'm asking him what made him choose to study law, what is this LSAT test everyone talks about, and what it's been like to be in law school (for about 2 weeks in).  There is a lot to go over about Grant's lawyer pursuit, so tune in to see what he says! #law #lawyer #objection #court #thelaw

DISCLAIMER: we made this episode before the controversy happened about politicians on social media use.  Please remember that these are own opinions and experiences relating to social media use.  This episode is also gonna contain some controversial stuff, especially talking about cancel culture.  We wanted to share our views on how social media has been used over the years and seeing how society relies on it on a day to day basis.  Don't think this episode is all negatives, there are some shines of light somewhere in all of this. #socialmedia #facebook #tiktok #twitter #cancelculture

Welcome welcome welcome back to Apartment 308 where today we are talking about THE STOCK MARKET!  I invited the boys Blake, Grant and Chris to help me talk about how someone like me can get started on investing in stocks.  I wanted to try investing for a long time, thus I brought these guys who have some experience in buying and selling stock.  We go over what apps we use, how does one fluctuate the market, what companies are worth throwing money in, and most importantly: how to be safe when investing.

MAJOR DICSCLAIMER: we are not professional day traders and all our portfolios are managed by us and us only.  Any losses are all on you, this is just a video full of advice and experiences #stockmarket #stocks #investments #investinginstocks

Welcome back to this League of Legends episode where we talk more about game changes and the community.  We start off by remembering some of our favorite champions before they got their rework (we still prefer some of the old ones Riot please revert).  Then we dive into the League of Legends community and E-Sports.  Back in the day, there were many legendary players all of us remember watching and even got inspiration from like Cloud9 Sneaky, TSM Bjergsen, Samsung Galaxy Go Going, and of course T1 Faker (#t1comeback2021).  We also take a look at the community and see how this game affected us over the years for us veteran players.  All we have to say, Jungle diff. #leagueoflegends #lolesports #t1 #irelia #akali

Hello and welcome back to the show "It's Been A While," and on today's episode I am finally joined by my good buddy Ryan as we discuss what's it like studying programming.  If you guys remember the last few shows he's appeared in, you would know by now that Ryan is studying computer scientist more concentrated in game development.  So we are here to talk about how Ryan got into programming, how many programming languages he knows, and of course the annoying problems every programmer has to deal with.  We also take a few moments to talk about current trends in technology and learn some new things about our systems.  We're telling you, this is a very educational channel. #programmer #programming #coding #computerscience
