Apartment 308

Mabuhay Kapamilya!  This is an episode I wanted to do ever since the release of this channel, today we are going to be talking about #FilipinoThings.  On this episode I have Aldrin, AJ, Aya, and Jaycee talk about things we have experienced growing up as a Filipino American.  We talk so much about our favorite Filipino dishes, if any of us can speak Tagalog/some dialect, and what it's like being in a Filipino household.  Tune in for part 1 of this very hilarious but also very educational episode.

As said in the beginning in the episode, as much as we like to joke around about Asian people, we have to remember to respect our culture and race.  #stopasianhate

What's up everyone?  We are back with another episode of This or That where all of us here discuss our favorite grocery stores.  I am joined with Grant and Ryan as well as the return of Sam!  We judge each store based on a few criteria: variety of items, pricing of those items, how long their lines can get, and the "wow" factor.  This is only part 1 of this discussion so keep an eye out for part 2 coming soon.

On today's episode of "It's Been A While," my friend Fiona joins us talking about her life as an artist.  We talk about the many artists struggles and how she grew from doing paper sketches to drawing beautiful works using a tablet.  For any struggling artist out there, we know about the many problems we go through like technical issues, the "oops that was the wrong layer," and the being asked if we can do commissions for free. We also want to remind everyone to PLEASE RESPECT AND PROPERLY PAY YOUR ARTISTS. They work very hard on every piece and it's also very time consuming. Tune in more about art!

This is a new show I wanted to try for a while.  "A Letter From Me to You" is a more serious podcast where I wanted to talk about more serious topics people maybe struggling with.  I thought the most appropriate topic to start with is starting the new year.  What do we expect from 2021 and what were some of the major lessons we learned in 2020.  We hope you find this podcast useful for your own mental health.

For this episode of "Let's Hangout," Blake, Aya, Grant, and Ryan join me for a discussion about Zoom classes in college. We made this episode after just one semester of doing class online, and there is a lot we have to say about this. Zoom University was a very "interesting" experience (and that's me putting it nicely). It was definitely an emotional rollercoaster for all of us, so we had to share our opinions and experiences on what worked and what didn't. As schools open back up to full/hybrid courses, we hope you guys can take advantage of meeting your new friends, classmates, and professors.
