Chris Woon, who produces beats and music as Paper Son is the Hip Hop renaissance man. His documentary on Hmong B-boys (Breakdancers) entitled, Among B-Boys is currently in the film festival circuit. Paper Son has also produced beats for Bambu, Bwan, in addition to his own projects, with O2, and Agent 126. Woon is also wrapping up his thesis work at UC Los Angeles, on his next documentary subject, Hella Hung.
Contributor R.J. Lozada sits with Woon at his home while they talk about and listen to Paper Son’s first love, music.
