Tonight on Apex Express, we bring you a mixed bag of Asian American music and theater!

We will talk about the upcoming Filipino American Jazz Festival, we will bring you music from the Gamelan Çudamani ensemble, “Bamboo to Bronze”, and we will highlight the dynamic 68 member Zenshinza Theater company.

Also music by Anthony Brown’s Asian American Orchestra, India and Africa.

And we remember the late Gina Hotta.  The one year anniversary of her passing is this week.  She was an Asian American journalist and activist, and the executive producer and host of Apex Express.
