Tonight’s show we celebrate Pride by shining a light on the timely Covid-19 relief efforts by queer and trans communities in both the US and in India. Meet Anjali Rimi from Parivar Bay Area who runs SITAL –  Save Indian Trans All-India Lives program, a pan-India project to provide critical relief efforts to the Trans Hijra folx. We also meet with Aruvi, a transactivist who co-founded a community transkitchen in the south Indian city of Chennai to feed stranded and homeless communities there during the lockdown in India.
