We live in the culture of abuse, where strength and "power over" are valued and kindness is seen as weakness. Any act of gentleness is often ridiculed or predated or discouraged. But is this really the world we want to live in? Is this really the world we want to pass on to the sons and daughters of tomorrow?

Changing the culture from the bottom is not easy, but it’s possible, and it's what I am committed to do through teaching Aphroditic Philosophy and Spirituality. So, How can we do to re-set kindness as a core value and at the same time, to protect ourselves?
