I'M BACK! I've honestly put so much pressure on my self to be the best at whatever it is I'm trying to accomplish! I fight with confidence and imposter syndrome daily. So when my podcast didn't go viral instantly I panicked and took a break.....for a year. OOPS, I swear it was supposed to be a quick break! Now that I've worked through over coming the pressures I put on my self and why I do, I'm back! Hopefully forever!

Here are some ways I have improved my well-being through my spiritual journey. Life is not always easy but having an outlet to help you work through difficulties will always be beneficial.

Stop minimizing yourself and take the compliment! I think I speak for a lot of us that accepting compliments can be a struggle sometimes but with the Holidays here and seeing people you might not get to see to often. I think this is a great reminder to Embrace who you are and OWN IT!

Well this episode was a hard one to record. Abuse comes in many forms and I know first hand what ways it can show up in your life. Here are ways I have experienced all types of abuse from physical, verbal, sexual, emotional and mental. Make sure to hold space for others that have or are going through abuse. We are not alone.

My thoughts on the Netflix series Escaping Twin Flames!

I do believe there are Twin Flames but I do not agree with how this couple went about “coaching” others on their journeys, hear why!

Make sure to take time to enjoy the path on whatever journey you are on. Try not to overwhelm yourself with knowing every detail or even where exactly you will be in the end.
