Eric is a novelist, essayist, poet, and Plastiglas artist. As a novelist, he has written the novels of the Spontaneous Revolution series, as well as the novels Ad Nomad, Mad Nomad, and Rocked and Rolled. As an essayist, he has written the essay collections Culture Crazed, Making Up for Lost Time, All Over the Place, Sartre in the Subway, and Self-Helpless. As a poet, he has written the poetry collection The Lost Poem and Others Like It.
The interview in this episode focuses primarily on Culture Crazed, although Eric’s other works are discussed as well. After the interview was recorded, but before the release date of this episode, Eric’s poetry, prose, and proverb collection Epifanies was released.
