We venerate Your immaculate icon, O good Lord, and entreat You to forgive our offences, O Christ our God. By Your own choice you were pleased to ascend the Cross in the flesh, to deliver us, whom You created, from our slavery to the foe. Therefore we cry to You with gratitude: You have filled all things with joy, O our Savior, by coming to save the world. 

  Magnificent are the accomplishments of faith! The holy Martyr Theodore greatly rejoiced as he stood in the fountain of fire as if beside the still waters. He was consumed by fire and offered like sweet bread to the Trinity. At his entreaties, O Christ God, save our souls. 

  O Holy Apostle Arisobulos, make intercession to our merciful God that He grant our souls forgiveness of offences. 

 In you, O Father is preserved undistorted what was made in the image of God; for taking up the cross, you followed Christ and by example taught that we should overlook the flesh, since it passes away, and instead look after the soul, since it is immortal. And therefore, O devout Benedict, your spirit rejoices with the angels.  

  A rule of faith are you, and an icon of gentleness, and a teacher of self-control. And to your flock this was evident, by the truth of your life and deeds. You were humble and therefore you acquired exalted gifts, treasure in heaven for being poor. O Father and Hierarch Nicephorus, intercede with Christ our God, and entreat Him to save our souls.

 The holy martyrs suffered painful tortures for Your sake, O Lord; be compelled by what they endured, and heal our every pain we entreat You, as the only One who loves humanity.

Blessed are you when men revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely [for my sake]. Remember us, O Lord, when You come in Your kingdom. 

Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven. Remember us, O Lord, when You come in Your kingdom.
