Pastor Paul Rivero “Your God is more than enough, Ascend”  1 Kings 20:22-28

Description of Mt. Everest.

There was a belief among the pagans that a god was only powerful in one territory; ie. god of the hills, god of the plains, god of the rain, etc.  Syria believed this of Israel.

1 Kings 20:22 Benhadad the king of Syria is trying to tell Israel where they are vulnerable. But God has no vulnerability.

Phi 4:9, Gen 15:1, 2 Cor 12:9, Ps 127:1-2

1 Kings 20:28  The enemy is telling us we are not worthy and our God help us because of our shortcomings. But God’s grace is able to give us the victory and the chance to turn our lives around no matter what we have done.
