Join Brent and Travis as they interview the president of the North Carolina Baptist Convention, Dr. Micheal Pardue, Sr. Micheal and his wife of sixteen years, Rachel, have four sons, Elijah, Jason, Kyle, Micheal, Jr., and three daughters, Kristen, Addelyen, and Lilyanna.
Micheal is a native of Taylorsville, NC, where he grew up at East Taylorsville Baptist Church. He was baptized in 1995 and answered the call into vocational ministry at 13.
Micheal holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, a M.C.M. from the T. Walter Brashier Graduate School at North Greenville University in Greer, SC., and an Ed.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Pardue is active in local, state, and national Southern Baptist Convention life. He currently serves as President of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.
