It arrests ("deerchi") the wandering and aimless mind and protects us ("gaachunaa") just like the eyelids ("reppava") guarding the eyes ("kanti").

Could the army of monkeys ("kapi") cross over ("dhaatu") the ocean ("vaaridhi") to Lanka?

Isnt the experience of Bliss ("anandamu") for this sinner ("aparaadhi") Tyagaraja not proof enough ("hetchu") of the glory of Raama Bhakti?
