Apparently We Watch Football Now

Our first preseason game is in the books, and apparently Emily and I watched two completely different versions of it.

Same game. Same teams. Completely different takeaways. We’re comparing what stood out, who we were watching, what preseason actually tells us, and the things we’re still learning along the way.

Including the fact that it’s the center protecting the quarterback, not the safety. I know that now.
