Self-Care: Wear hair ties or jelly bracelets on your left arm and switch when you notice true connection or awe.  Remember, I say you’re only 5 feet from something to appreciate. 

 

Play Idea: Set up a game of HORSE in the house using beanie babies.  I’m going to use a pillow as the target, you could use a laundry basket or hula hoop.  Bring the fun indoors with the new early sunset.
