Walking to Running Challenge

Every day this week: 1.  Walk 5 minutes 2.  Run 1 minute 3.  Walk 4 Minutes 4.  Run 1 minute 5.  Repeat 3 and 4 above 4 more times.

Sunday is a rest day, but you still need to take a 30 minute leisurely walk.
