New Moon Ritual: 

Release what no longer serves you, journal, set intentions for the cycle moving forward, cleanse and sage stagnant energy

Full Moon Ritual:

Stay hydrated, sage/smudge yourself and home, take a bath, get/give yourself a card reading, write a letter/release what isn’t serving you and burn it, journal, charge crystals and/or water in moonlight
