In episode 6, Amy & Dan shine a light on the roles of nourishment and play in the context of emotional well being. Uncovering key dynamics and tools for nourishing, Amy and Dan lean on a few decades experience of processing & integrating emotional experiences. Then they turn the page to the concept of play and how it can be a powerful tool for achieving the "flow state" and facilitate healing. Amy and Dan offer their perspectives of its importance for adults in the modern landscape and the relationship between our intention to play and the results we then might experience.

In episode 5, Amy introduces the process of how to connect to the heart system in order to process challenging experiences, ground our bodies to work through emotional dissonance.
