The quantum creativity theme for April is “ground the grid.”

Things are shifting, rapidly. Energy is recalibration. It can feel very disorienting and destabilizing.

The most important thing we can do at this time is GROUND.

This is not so we become less “out there” but rather, so we can travel “out there” without losing connection with Earth.

Grounding Tips

* salt baths

* outside walks

* time with friends and family doing regular human things

* watching TV shows we really enjoy
