Agenda:
- Legislative Update: Wins! HB 1009 adds a 2nd tech member to PQAC, and HB 1186 which allows EDs and HCE to dispensed inhalers and other multi day meds are heading to the Governor's Desk! Also, SB 5794 was amended to uphold the wholesaler's preferential rate. HB 2081 and SB 5815 B&O increases on pharmacy and wholesalers are our focus now. Bill Tracker.
