I was fortunate enough to sit down with the Amy Skogerson and Andrea McGinn from The Law Shop, we discussed their firm, what services they offer, and everything in between.

Every marriage is made up of so much more than just the two people involved, you have egos which is a lot of conditioning from your life plus your conscious mind which the part of you that is connected to a higher power referred to as God, spirit, source, or whatever your belief is on what connects you to spiritual world. 
I personally love being aware of my ego and my spirit or also known as your emotional guidance system, it helps me stay in tune and be in tune with not only myself but those around me. 
I'm so glad Troy was willing to be open and honest about how his ego plays a role in his thoughts daily and the battle that can rage within. I think he does a nice job of verbalizing that war that rages within each an every person at one point or another.
This last week was a real wake up call and I am so grateful that we experienced it together. 
No matter what you are going through in your marriage it can be repaired and made whole it just takes two people willing to be open and honest. 

I had the the opportunity to sit down with Peter Keeler and Mike Mitchell and discuss something that has negatively impacted both of their lives. They share their real stories and struggles as they try to decide how to move on from alcohol abuse, what that looks like and how they have been battling it for years. I think they are brave for exposing themselves this way but I know they are doing it to let other people know they are not alone in this battle. Also maybe they will help each other shed light on this private battle that not many people discuss right in the middle of the battle. 


**This is not to be taken lightly and if you are struggling with alcohol abuse then you should seek help, there is help and lots of it. 

I take you on a journey through a time in my life that I have so loving coined my "cult" days! I don't discuss these days often because I often feel judging eyes and or disbelief from people that I may have actually lived this way in my past. I have so many mixed emotions myself because it has genuinely impacted me and my life in so many beautiful ways but it has also hurt me and made me ever so self concious as so many of the "rules" have wreaked havoc in my mind. I continually grow and learn that I am perfect just the way I am and don't have to follow a set of standards for God to love me or anyone else for that matter. I hope you enjoy my story.

Trying to shed some light on what struggles come with a friend with benefits type situation. I sat down with my daughter and husband and tried to have a very real conversation from all sides on hooking up with friends and in general. 
Hoping this will give some feed back on what girls and guys are "really" thinking about in these situations.
