Talking story with Shane Craddock a Kumeyaay Native from Vejas sits with me to talk story about our life being mixed Indigenous men, spiritual journey, etc.

Just had some conversations today about the props for sports betting and how they would effect our gaming community. 

Our guest Blue Eagle Vigil a Kumeyaay Native from the Vejas band. We sat and talked story of his journey with Birdsinging along with his journey of sobriety. What is it to be an Indigenous man, a topic most of us have trouble with and don't talk about enough. 

There is so much need of community which creates healing. We are forgetting the pro of being Indigenous. Don't forget the lil things that hold us together.
