In the 15th and final film in DC Cinematic Universe, Jason Momoa returns as the titular and joined by the same cast as the previous film which include, Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul - Mateen II, Randal Park, Amber Heard, Dolph Lundgren, Temuera Morrison & Nicole Kidman. In this film, Aquaman is being hunted by the sea outlaw known as “Black Manta” who is hellbent on exacting revenge on him for murdering his father. Aquaman must turn to his estranged half brother for help in order to stop Black Manta from resurrecting an ancient civilization to rule the world. For the past 10 years, the DC Cinematic Universe was the answer to Marvel’s but since the previous 2018 film, the movies really didn’t take off but “Aquaman” proved still to be valuable and entertaining despite negative reviews & a lackluster performance at the box office.
