What magical parts of yourself are you hiding out of fear of ridicule, judgement, or punishment? Drop-in and tenderly love the parts of you aching to be set free. Realign yourself with the Truth of who you are.  Set an intention for authenticity and clarity.  Say to yourself, “I lovingly allow all parts of myself to be expressed.”

Extend out to your friendships and communities. Acknowledge any pain you might have in group energy. Release any lingering debris. Make space for new expansive connections. Express gratitude for the community networks that support you. Acknowledge the power of collective intention. Feel yourself supported and uplifted by others, "I am open and receptive to all forms of love from the community." 

Keep expanding out – now to humanity-at-large. What tenderness and pain are you holding onto around the state of this planet?
