Two-digit numbers are always read from right to left, as in:

14= araba3ata 3ashar أربعة عشر

18= thamaaniyata 3ashar ثمانية عشر

45= khamsatun wa arba3uun  خمسة وأربعون

57= sab3atun wa khamsuun سبعة وخمسون

39= tis3atun wa thalaathuun تسعة وثلاثون
